Shipping & Returns
We use very reliable courier companies in order to service you promptly and efficiently. We dispatch within 24 hours for stocked items and within 72 hours for non-stock items on orders received during office hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. We also offer same day and next day delivery whenever possible. Please contact us for further information if you require express delivery.
Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of your order.
All our deliveries must be signed for if delivered by a courier. Please ensure your order is correct before signing and items have not been damaged in transition. Larger items may also require a forklift or appropriate lifting gear in place.
In cases where we try to deliver and we miss you, it is down to the discretion of the courier company whether they will redeliver at no extra charge. Some of our products can be very long and bulky and therefore require big vehicles to transport them, for this reason if you have been given a specific delivery date please ensure there is someone at your end to sign for the delivered items.
To guard you and ourselves against fraud, we will only deliver to the address where the card used to pay for your items is registered. If delivery address is different from where the card is registered please call us on 02085743399 or email us to run further security checks.

All orders can be collected from our trade counter Monday to Saturday until 12 AM (excluding public holidays) however we do ask customers to call us in advance to ensure material and products will be available at time of collection. We require notification of faulty or damaged items within 3 working days after you receive the goods.
We will make right seamlessly if we are wrong. We endeavor to collect the faulty products from your premises quickly and efficiently and we will cover the cost of returning the concerned items to us. We will replace with the correct items and deliver to you promptly and we will cover the delivery expenses for the replacement items.
Any returns must be agreed by us in writing and a return authorization number issued before they can be accepted. In this case, we will supply a replacement and it is likely the defective product will be collected when the replacement is delivered.
As a general rule we cannot accept returns if we supplied you with what you ordered and we are within the tolerance stipulated on our website, or if you no longer require the product. Please check our tolerance section before placing the order. We emphasize please “measure twice cut once” errors can be very costly so please ensure you check and recheck your sizes before proceeding to the checkout.
There may be circumstances and to our discretion that we accept returns, such cases can incur a 38% restocking charge and shipping expenses. Such return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis if it is economical for us to do so. Any agreed returns must be returned to us in their original packaging and un-opened.
